Started Paleo 1/1/2013. 
Weight lost since starting:
Colleen:  27 lbs
Chris: 24 lbs
 
Started CrossFit 2/16/2013.
Weight lost since starting: 12.5 lbs.
 

 
 (Ignore the goal weight thing on there, you just keep changing it to reasonable goals)
 
 
I'm pleased so far.  Not done though. :)
